This Code of Conduct governs the participation of all individuals enrolled in the Afterverse Creators Program. It is applicable across all current and future Afterverse titles, platforms, channels, and community environments, including in-game experiences, social media, events, digital forums, and direct communication with users or Afterverse personnel.

By participating in the Afterverse Creators Program, you agree to comply with the following conditions. Violation of any of these rules may result in suspension or permanent removal from the program at Afterverse’s sole discretion.

1. Scope of Application

This Code of Conduct applies to:

- All content published by creators under the Afterverse Creators Program
- All public or private communications conducted in association with the program
- All behavior in official or unofficial community channels, including but not limited to Discord, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch, in-game chat, live events, and third-party forums
- Any interaction where the creator is identifiable as a representative or affiliate of the Afterverse ecosystem

2. Professionalism and Respect

All creators must conduct themselves with professionalism, respect, and integrity in all interactions.
This includes:

- Treating all individuals with dignity, regardless of age, background, gender identity, nationality, religion, or beliefs
- Refraining from hate speech, harassment, intimidation, bullying, or discrimination
- Avoiding hostile, inflammatory, or divisive public discourse related to other creators, users, or Afterverse staff

Creators are expected to uphold the positive reputation of the Afterverse brand and its community at all times.

3. Content Integrity

All published content must be honest, family-friendly, and aligned with the values of Afterverse.
Creators are prohibited from producing, promoting, or engaging in:

- Gambling, betting, or casino-related services
- Sexual, violent, profane, or otherwise age-inappropriate material
- Misinformation, slander, or intentionally misleading content (including titles, thumbnails, or metadata)
- Third-party tools, services, or websites that violate game terms, encourage unauthorized trading, or distribute hacks, exploits, or fraudulent behavior

All content must comply with the platform’s community standards (e.g. YouTube Community Guidelines) and applicable regional laws.

4. Fair Play and Ethical Conduct

Creators must maintain fairness in gameplay and in their participation in the Creator Program.
It is strictly forbidden to:

- Falsify engagement metrics such as followers, likes, views, or comments
- Use alternate or automated accounts to manipulate in-game progression, event participation, or economic systems
- Share or encourage the use of third-party cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
- Engage in fraudulent use of creator rewards, codes, benefits, or promotional systems

Any abuse of internal systems may lead to an immediate audit and removal from the program.

5. Community Participation

All creators must support a healthy and constructive environment in every community where they participate.
It is not permitted to:

- Incite hostility, harassment, or targeted pressure against any individual or group
- Undermine Afterverse team members, moderators, or official statements
- Spread unverified information or confidential data from private channels, tests, or beta programs
- Create or engage in public attacks, dramas, or competitive narratives that harm the community spirit
- Any abuse of internal systems may lead to an immediate audit and removal from the program.

Creators are expected to be role models and help build a culture of respect and collaboration.

6. Confidentiality and Compliance

Creators may be granted access to confidential information, including upcoming features, internal documentation, or pre-release content. You are required to:

- Strictly adhere to any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) signed with Afterverse
- Follow the embargo terms for content publication or disclosure
- Respect intellectual property rights, branding guidelines, and third-party licenses

Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential material will result in immediate removal from the program and may lead to legal action.

7. Legal Obligations and Platform Terms

Creators are independently responsible for compliance with:

- Applicable laws in their region (e.g. advertising disclosures, data privacy, sponsorship transparency)
- All terms of service of the platforms they use to distribute content (e.g. TikTok, YouTube, Twitch)
- Afterverse’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Brand Guidelines

Violation of external platform terms may be treated as a breach of this Code of Conduct.

8. Enforcement and Penalties

Afterverse reserves the right to take action in the event of any breach of this Code.
Actions may include, but are not limited to:

- Verbal or written warnings
- Temporary suspension of program benefits or access
- Permanent removal from the program
- Legal escalation or reporting to third-party platforms when applicable

All decisions are made at the sole discretion of Afterverse, based on internal evaluation and without obligation of prior notice.

9. Representation and Brand Association

As a member of the Afterverse Creators Program, you are perceived as a representative of our brand.
You must not:

- Claim or imply formal endorsement by Afterverse unless explicitly authorized in writing
- Associate the Afterverse name or its products with illegal, unethical, or controversial third-party entities
- Use Afterverse intellectual property outside the allowed use cases defined by the Brand or Fan Content Guidelines

Your public image and conduct must align with the standards set forth in this Code.

10. Updates and Amendments

Afterverse reserves the right to update, modify, or replace this Code of Conduct at any time without prior notice. Such changes may be made to reflect the evolving needs of the Creator Program, comply with legal or platform requirements, or protect our players, games, and community.

Continued participation in the Afterverse Creators Program following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Code.

11. Reporting and Escalation

 If you witness a violation of this Code of Conduct or have concerns about the behavior of another creator, please report the incident to the Afterverse Creator Program team via the official support channel. All reports will be handled confidentially and professionally.

By participating in the Afterverse Creators Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with this Code of Conduct.
